29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): A) 15 Worlds Fair Dr Somerset, NJ 08873 The HAZCOM program did not include a training program to educate and advise employees who handle chemicals, such as PH-DOWN, in and around the fertilization area. Employees must be trained on proper chemical handling procedures, associated hazards, and required PPE. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards. Condition(s) occurred on or about 7/23/2025
