Condition observed on or about 07/22/25.   b- Lot 163, Kay Chiarello Way, Hamilton NJ - Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 5 inches to the wooden flooring below and in excess of 13 feet 4 inches to the concrete floor below, when performing framing and other related activities while working and walking at and near the unprotected interior edges of a residential structure's second floor without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/22/25.   c- Lot 163, Kay Chiarello Way, Hamilton NJ - Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 2 inches to the wooden flooring below, when accessing an aluminum extension ladder from the top plate of an interior supporting wall   without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/22/25.   RS Moreno Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1734009, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 723 Balis Drive, Mullica Hill NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
