29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) New residential construction site located at 3267 N Bogan Road Buford, GA 30519, top plate: On or about 7/23/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 19-inches to the lower ground level , in that the Gorilla ladder used was not extended at least 3-feet above the upper landing.
