Noah Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1626733, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-10-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 13630 Ridge Road North Royalton, OH 44133. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about July 24, 2025, at the location of a worksite located at1468 Robinwood Ave., Lakewood, OH: employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet while performing chimney demolition activities on a residential home located at 1468 Robinwood Avenue, Lakewood, OH 44107. Employees were using an extension ladder to access the roof, and the employer did not ensure they extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface. Noah Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1620601, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/27/22, with respect to a workplace located at 1237 Chase Ave., Lakewood, Ohio 44107.
