29 CFR  1926.55(a):The employer did not limit an employee's exposure to any substance listed in Table 1 or 2 of this section in accordance with the following:  a) At the worksite 2280 N Ocean Avenue Farmingville NY 11738. On or about July 22nd 2025, Employees were exposed to carbon monoxide in excess of the permissible exposure limits (PEL)(50ppm) while using a gas powered generator to apply fireproofing material in an enclosed space without atmospheric monitoring or controls.  Note:  In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
