The roof was low sloped and employees were walking and working at the roofs edge without any form of fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) On or about 7/23/2025, at a construction project located at 1950 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, New York; employees were performing work on the roof of a 3 story apartment building. Employees were accessing the roof with an extension ladder and the side rails of the ladder did not extend 3 feet above the landing surface. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
