29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Residential construction located at 675 Buford Drive, Building 5000, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, Roof: On or about 07/24/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 25 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roof sheathing activities. Ram Hunters Construction, L.L.C was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1800543, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/08/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 3835 Highway 92, Douglasville, GA 30135.
