29 CFR 1926.50(g):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) 6717 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA: On or about July 23, 2025, employees were engaged in pouring concrete for a floor pad with no suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the required distance. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
