29 CFR 1926.1060(a):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: a) For the re-roof construction site at 614 Weston Pointe Ct., Longboat Key, FL 34228, on or about 07/17/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, employees used extension ladders to access roofs and they were not aware of basic ladder safety concepts such as, but not limited to, how high above the roof edge a ladder must extend.
