(a) 6717 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA: On or about July 23, 2025, employees of Span Construction and Engineering were working on a roof that was in excess of 30 feet above grade with uncovered openings in the roof and no fall protection system. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
