29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6):Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: a) Casting room/In access hall leading to the plant exterior: On or about August 20,2025, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that an exit sign was illuminated by a reliable light source in the event of an emergency where employees have to evacuate.
