OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard from an elevated concrete slab. 139 Rolling Hills Rd, Clifton, NJ: An employee of Angels Landscape & Suburban Sidewalks was exposed to a struck by hazard while working near and around a Bobcat skid-steer loader. The employee sustained a compound fracture to the left forearm when he was struck by a concrete slab that fell off the Bobcat Skid-steer forks, on or about July 23, 2025.
