Location: 18 Park Road Watertown, CT 06795 On or about July 25, 2025 and times prior to, the employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the energy control procedures at least annually, to ensure that the procedures and requirements of this standard were being followed for presses such as but limited to #100, #110, #126, #127 and #160. Click Bond was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.147(c)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1529681 citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 18 Park Road Watertown, CT 06795.
