29 CFR 1910.119(l)(2)(ii):  The management of change procedures did not assure that the impact of changes on safety and health were addressed prior to any change.  a) Chevron Products Company Pascagoula Refinery, Pascagoula, MS - Sump#8 -  On or about  July 14, 2025,  Chevron did not reflect the change of starting pump out operations during hot work on sump 8 in the hot work permit procedure issued the morning of July 14, 2025.  This unmanaged change exposed the employees to the hazard of fire and/or explosion due to the flammable vapors created by the pump out operation during the time hot works was being performed.
