29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  On or about July 7, 2025, Tesson Roofing & Exteriors, LLC, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to ensure contracted employees were not exposed to any hazardous work conditions. Subcontract employees installing a new roof on a residential home located at 2961 Sean Parkway in Saint Louis, Missouri were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards.
