29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 9133 Salida St. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or about July 26, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while conducting framing operations. The employer did not provide training on items such as, but not limited to; nature of fall hazards in the work area; use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used; and/or limitations on the use of mechanical equipment during the performance of roofing work.
