29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #49 at 3815 Morgan Box Court, Buford, GA 30519: Material Hoist: On or about 07/28/2025; the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards while hoisting shingles to the roof, in that head protection was not provided to employees hoisting roofing materials directly overhead.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #49 at 3815 Morgan Box Court, GA 30519: Roof: On or about 07/28/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 29-feet to the lower level,  in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees loading the roof with shingle bundles.

The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.   a) New residential construction located on Lot #49 at 3815 Morgan Box Court, Buford, GA 30519: Roof: on or about 07/28/2025: the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 29 feet during roofing operations by allowing the use of rock-climbing style harnesses with connection points at the pelvis instead of providing full-body fall protection systems with attachment at the back.
