29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) In Bay 5, located at 6901 E 6th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33619, on or about 7/24/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that unbanded bundles of steel beams are stored in tiers by walkways without any barriers preventing them from falling onto employees working in or walking through the area.
