29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Nava Court Carlisle, PA, Jobsite: On or about July 29, 2025, employees sheathing a residential 4/12 pitch roof were not utilizing acceptable means or methods of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet to grade. b) Nava Court Carlisle, PA, Jobsite: On or about July 29, 2025, employees framing a residential apartment building were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet from the second-story stairwell landing that was not equipped with a method of fall protection. c) Nava Court Carlisle, PA, Jobsite: On or about July 29, 2025, employees framing a residential apartment building were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet from the third-story stairwell landing that was not equipped with a method of fall protection. d) Nava Court Carlisle, PA, Jobsite: On or about July 29, 2025, employees framing a residential apartment building were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet from four second-story patio door openings that were not equipped with a method of fall protection. e) Nava Court Carlisle, PA, Jobsite: On or about July 29, 2025, employees framing a residential apartment building were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet from four third-story patio door openings that were not equipped with a method of fall protection. f) Nava Court Carlisle, PA, Jobsite: On or about July 29, 2025, employees framing a residential apartment building were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet from 14 second-story window openings that were not equipped with a method of fall protection. g) Nava Court Carlisle, PA, Jobsite: On or about July 29, 2025, employees framing a residential apartment building were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet from 14 third-story window openings that were not equipped with a method of fall protection. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
