29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) Worksite, 19 Rt. 296, Windham, NY: On or about July 24, 2025, an employee was unloading an industrial oven from a truck, when it fell on the employee causing injuries that resulted in a hospitalization. The employer did not report the work related hospitalization within the 24 hours.
