29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4):Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) On or about July 30, 2025, a ?Western Global? off road diesel fuel dispensing unit, employees were exposed to burn hazards in that, the model FCD 500, serial # 22011658, of double walled construction grade design that was located adjacent to construction traffic and was not provided with a curb, flagging, or other awareness barrier to prevent heavy construction equipment traveling westward to include a wheeled loader CAT 938M traveling at walking speed from striking it.
