29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   61 Redkist Drive, Mullica Hill NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 13 feet 6 inches, when walking and working from the inner bracing and pulins of a residential structure's pitched roof trusses while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/30/25.  b - 63 Redkist Drive, Mullica Hill NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 5 inches, when  walking and working from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates while not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 07/30/25.  Fortex Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1813384, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/25/25, with respect to a workplace located at 2801 Creek Road, Hainesport NJ.
