29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a- 2505 American Place, West Windsor NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet 6 inches and 11 feet 5 inches, when walking and working from the exterior wall top plates of a residential structure's garage while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/30/25.  Fortex Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1813384, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/25/25, with respect to a workplace located at 2801 Creek Road, Hainesport NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
