29 CFR 1910.268(d)(1): Before work was begun in the vicinity of vehicular or pedestrian traffic which could endanger employees, warning signs, flags, barriers, and/or other traffic control devices were not placed conspicuously to alert and channel approaching traffic: On or about July 29, 2025, at the jobsite located parallel to a two lane road, employees installing fiber optic cables to existing power poles were not protected from vehicular traffic in that no warning signs, flags, barriers and/or other traffic control devices were used to alert and channel approaching traffic around their bucket truck.
