29 CFR  1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A):Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) was maintained:  On or about July 26, 2025, at the temporary jobsite located adjacent to 1664 E 100 Rd. Phillipsburg, KS 67661, employees performing dumping activities with a Vac Truck were exposed electrocution hazards in that the vehicle was operated in an elevated position within 10 feet of energized overhead powerlines. The power line came in contact of the conductive components of the truck resulting in an electrical shock to the employee operating the controls on the ground.
