OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential crushing hazards from falling loads and/or lift parts: a) On or about 7/30/2025, Vehicle Lift Bay 2: A four-post Rotary Lift, SN #CRZ09F0019, was operated with a broken safety latch release cable located on the top of post #1. The cable was being held in position by a pair of vice grips. Monro, Inc. was previously cited twice for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641717, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 580 Main St.; Keene, NH 03431. Additionally, contained in OSHA inspection number 1560312, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/29/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 841 Canandaigua Road Geneva, NY 14456.
