29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision. a) Slotter Room Machine #11: On or about July 31, 2025, an employee was exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards while removing a screw from Machine #11 for Machine #10 in close proximity to unguarded live electrical wiring.
