29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: (a) At the production areas of 1749 CR 525, Sumterville, FL, on or about 7/31/25: welding was conducted without safety barriers such as curtains or screens to cover the arc flash and where employees walked and worked in areas adjacent to the welding operations not wearing eye protection adequate for welding.
