29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On a new residential construction, at a temporary jobsite located 292 Crafton Circle, Lot 27, in Saint Augustine, FL 32259: On or about July 31, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roof sheathing work on a 5/12 pitched roof at approximately 15 feet in height.
