Amended to 1926.21(b)(2) per ISA The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Original Citation 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On roof top of a building located at110 West Argonne Drive, Kirkwood, Missouri: On or about July 30, 2025, workers repairing the roof top of a building were not utilizing any form of fall protection system to protect them from falling to the ground.

Construction activity located at 110 Argonne Drive, Kirkwood, Missouri. On or about July 30, 2025, The employer failed to report to the nearest OSHA office a heat related illness and hospitalization of a worker within the required time.
