29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. A) 19 Wood End La, Hartsdale - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 and 25-feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employees were not wearing any type of complete fall protection devices either. The employees was exposed to falls, scaffold collapse hazards, on or about, July 8th, 2025.
