29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(v): Deenergize all systems and reapply energy control measures in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section to continue the servicing and/or maintenance. On or about February 18, 2025, at the previously addressed job site, employees were performing servicing and maintenance of a machine without deenergizing after a function test to adjust a conveyor belt.
