OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to struck-by and laceration hazards. (a) Off of Hwy 17 in Richmond Hill, GA on Sgt Michael W. Larson Drive - On or about July 30, 2025 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and laceration hazards while using a Stihl TS420 cut-off saw to cut a concrete pipe.
