While working at the edge of the frame  approximately 30' above the ground below, the employees were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems; on or about 8/4/25.  b) Worksite, South side of 603 Marconi Blvd. Copiague, NY - Employees were installing framing at the top of the third level of a new construction.
