29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: a) On or about August 04, 2025, at jobsite location 9200 W. Broward Blvd., Plantation FL 33324, Jacaranda Country Club, Palm Room Kitchen, the employer did not ensure that electrical circuits were deenergized nor that electrical protective equipment such as rubber insulating gloves were used to insulate the employees before employees worked on an energized circuit, thereby exposing employees to an electrocution hazard.
