29 CFR 1926.352(c): Welding, cutting, or heating was done where the application of flammable paints, or the presence of other flammable compounds, or heavy dust concentrations created a hazard: a. 141 Parsippany Rd, Whippany, NJ 07981, Natural gas main line On or about 07/24/2025, an employee purged the natural gas main line to prepare for welding activities on the line. The natural gas main was purged with air exposing employees to an explosive mixture in the line.
