29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) Old Lebanon Road, Welch Combined Elementary/Middle School, Dover AFB, DE 19902; on or about March 21, 2025, employees were exposed to impalement hazards when they worked adjacent to steel items protruding from the ground supporting concrete form.
