29 CFR  1910.133(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.   a)	At worksite located at 309 East Sanford Blvd, Mount Vernon, NY 10550:  The employer did not provide chemical safety goggles for employees who were required to use and mix Comet Cleaner with Bleach, which is a corrosive (ph12.6 -  13.4). Condition observed on 08/06/2025.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER CFR 1903.19.

Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and safety data sheets:  a)	309 East Sanford Blvd, Mount Vernon:  The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Comet Cleaner with Bleach.
