29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) New Timber Frame Gymnasium and Workshop Building - A crew of employees worked framing a new timber frame gymnasium and workshop building. A mobile hydraulic crane hoisted purlins up to employees, who worked from the building's roof trusses and other framing members to install the purlins onto the roof trusses. Neither the employees installing the purlins nor the employees working at grade level below wore hard hats, on or about August 7, 2025. No abatement certification required.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) South Side of New Timber Frame Gymnasium and Workshop Building - An employee operated a JLG aerial lift. The employee did not wear a harness and did not have a lanyard attached to the lift's boom or basket, on or about August 7, 2025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
