The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure. b) Prime Materials Recovery, Inc. , 51 Madison Boulevard, Canastota, New York, 13032, Chopper Line B, on or about 01/6/2026; Noise levels from the manufacturing process exceeded the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, exposure was measured at 133% dose and an 8-hour time-weighted average of 92.06 decibels.
