29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New Construction located at 6730 Pannell Rd., Buford, GA 30518, scaffold: On or about 8/7/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that eye protection was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.
