29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At a worksite located at 4701 SE Claude Ct, Blue Springs, MO, employees were exposed to health hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work with materials that include, but are not limited to, "Titebond Subfloor Construction Adhesive" without first establishing a written hazard communication program that addresses the hazards associated with the materials used by employees. Hazards related to the use of "Titebond Subfloor Construction Adhesive" include but are not limited to: Highly flammable liquid and vapor, Causes skin irritation, suspected of damaging fertility or the unborn child, may cause respiratory irritation, causes damage to organs (CNS, kidneys, liver) through prolonged or repeated exposure if inhaled.
