29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) On or about August 7 2025, at 13330 West Colonial Drive, Winter garden Florida 34787: Employees were exposed to an approximate 8 foot fall hazard while installing roofing material on a 3:12 low sloped roof, in that, fall protection was not used. The Next Dimension Construction INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501 (b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1817845, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 2, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 665 Venetian Way, Merritt Island FL.
