29 CFR  1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:   a) On or about 08/07/2025 and prior at the Bird's Nest Circus Arts, 64 Fillmore Ave, Buffalo, NY; where multiple employees (2) were on the lift platform and the employer did not require the employees to wear a body belt or harness and lanyard while on the Workforce Stockpicker XLT1571 at heights between 6 feet and approximately 15 feet above the floor.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
