At a jobsite located at 11163 Reed Island Drive, Jacksonville, FL: On or about August 12, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a drowning hazard, in that employees working on barge 110 were not provided with (PFD's) personal floatation devices while over water in depths up to 30 feet.
