Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  (a) Cashin Recycling, 100 Harris Drive, Poca, WV: On August 8, 2025 employees were installing sheet metal on a roof that measured approximately 18 feet edge to ground, without the use of a fall protection system.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
