(a) On July 28, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to being struck by vehicles traveling on the highway and access road while performing landscaping activities in street clothing.

(a) Shop and Equipment Storage Cage: On August 11, 2025, LP-gas cylinders were stored in the open in walkways and near lockers. The cylinders are subject to physical damage to include landscaping tools stored against and among the cylinders.
