29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about August 12, 2025, on the west side of the worksite, employees installed sky lights on a commercial building with a 2:12 pitched roof working from heights of more than 6-feet above the ground without fall protection.
