29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: (a) At the production cabinet area, 420 Haywood Taylor Blvd, Sebring, FL, on or about August 12, 2025, and at times prior, the hand-fed circular rip-saw (model: Xenia 60 Casadei Macchine) was observed operating without a spreader device installed between the blade and the workpiece. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards, including the potential for material to be forcibly ejected from the saw and strike the operator or nearby personnel.
