29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) 4500 Freedom Way, Center Valley, Pa, Worksite - On or about August 5, 2025, Employees were performing landscaping duties that included operating zero turn lawn mowers. An employee's hand came in contact with the rotating blade of a mower resulting in an amputation. The employer failed to report the hospitalization in the required time.
